The Phoenix UK Fund holds a concentrated portfolio of 10-20 holdings. If one of these holdings declines or is adversely affected this may significantly impact the Fund's value than if a larger number of holdings were invested. The Fund's administrator, State Street (Cayman) Trust Limited, which has delegated this function to State Street Dublin, confirms the official Net Asset Value (NAV) for the fund at the end of each month.
