We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join the team and support across the IR function.

This role will sit within the Business Team and will cover all aspects of Investor Relations support.  Due to the size of the firm, the ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, confident and down-to-earth individual who is able to work independently with self-discipline. The candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and have a passion for excellence in investor engagement.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist the head of Investor Relations with day-to-day management of current investors
• Create and review marketing collateral and materials

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual investor reporting and ad-hoc investor requests
• Support with co-ordination of annual investor event / other events
• Prepare responses to due diligence / RFI requests
• Input and record information in the CRM system; co-ordinate CRM reporting
• Ensure website data and content are kept up to date
• Additional project work as required

The role is relatively flexible, and responsibilities can evolve depending on experience and interest.

Education and attributes:

• 12 months+ professional experience, ideally in investor relations within a fund environment
• Strong administrative skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear and engaging written and verbal communication skills
• Independence and self-discipline
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Competent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
